The students and staff in our lab group are working on a variety of exiting research projects. Most of our research is funded by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) through the Great Plains Center for Agricultural Health and the Heartland Center for Occupational Health and Safety. Students gain valuable experience with applied ergonomics research, interacting with workers and employers in field settings, and all PhD students have successfully competed for pilot funding to support their independent doctoral research projects.
